Welcome!
I’m Phil Hartwick, MA, LPC, NCC. I help adolescents, adults, and couples feel more like themselves again. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative—so you leave each session with something useful to try.
I often work with couples where one partner is in healthcare. Together we improve communication, rebuild connection, and set routines that work with rotating shifts and on-call life.

Education and Experience
I earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, then completed an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grace College (CACREP-accredited). My training and experience span adolescent treatment, school counseling, a college counseling center, and private practice, working with couples, adults, and adolescents.
I have had the privilege of working in several professional settings; an adolescent treatment home, a middle school, a college counseling center, and a group private practice, before venturing out as a sole practitioner. Working in these settings has allowed me to gain knowledge and expertise in working with couples, adults, and adolescents.
I’ve served Northern Colorado since 2016 and care deeply about the growth and wellbeing of our community.
